Cookie Notice
This notice explains what cookies and similar technologies Mira uses, and what we deliberately do not use.
What we use
- Authentication cookies — set by our auth provider to keep you signed in. Without these, the service cannot function.
- Preference storage — local storage on your device remembers things like your in-progress voice intake and your transcript-display preference. This data stays on your device.
- Operational logs — server-side logs of sign-in events for security audit (no third-party tracking).
What we do not use
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar marketing pixels by default.
- No cross-site tracking.
- No selling of cookie data to third parties.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. If you clear our authentication cookie you will be signed out and asked to sign in again. You can also use private/incognito browsing — Mira works the same way.
Changes
If we ever introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies we will publish a consent banner before they are set, and update this notice. We will not set optional cookies without your explicit consent.
